Founded in 1976 by Dr. Martin "Marty" Steigner, our practice has proudly served Petaluma families for 50 years. Today, under the leadership of Dr. Raymond A. Ramos ("Dr. Ray"), we continue to provide expert pediatric dental care in Petaluma focused on prevention, education, and positive experiences.

Dr. Raymond A. Ramos, DDS
Diplomate, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
Dr. Ray Ramos has been proudly caring for Petaluma families for over 25 years. A first-generation American and lifelong tinkerer, he discovered his path to dentistry through a love of science and hands-on creativity. After earning his DDS from the University of the Pacific and completing pediatric specialty training at the University of Maryland, he returned to Petaluma to focus on what he loves most—helping kids feel safe, confident, and even excited at the dentist.

Brenda
Executive Practice Administrator
Brenda has over 40 years of experience in Pediatric Dentistry and leads the team as our Executive Practice Administrator. Brenda’s favorite part of her career is watching the children grow and connecting with generations of families. In her free time, Brenda loves to garden, spend time with her adult sons, and be with her grand-dogs!

In 1978, Stacy started with our practice as a patient and never left! She worked part-time as a sterilization tech while attending Casa Grade High School and became a Registered Dental Assistant in 1995. Stacy enjoys working with kids and when she's not in the office, she stays busy with her husband and two sons, enjoying camping, gardening, and baking.

Tricia celebrates nearly 25 years as a RDA in pediatric dentistry. Tricia is our Lead RDA and shines chair-side. Tricia says, "I love going to work everyday because kids make me happy and I value making them feel safe and comfortable with dentistry."
Kendra
administrative and community coordinator
Kendra started with our practice as a patient, worked part-time as a sterilization tech while attending Petaluma High School, became a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in 2001, and has been a part of our team ever since. When she's not in the office, she stays busy with her husband, two children and Petaluma family.

Suzy graduated from the SRJC RDA program in 2022. While in the program, she did an internship with Dr. Ramos. "I immediately fell in love with pediatric dentistry and have loved being a part of the team since!"
myriah
patient coordinator
Myriah has worked in dentistry for over 18 years with experience in patient coordination and administrative support. She has six younger sisters and a growing number of nieces and nephews. I feel right at home in pediatrics with kids and their wonderful families.

Beatriz also graduated from the SRJC RDA program in 2025. A former YMCA employee, she's always loved working with kids and is excited to start her career in pediatric dentistry.

Jenn brings over 35 years experience in clinical and administrative dentistry. She joined our team in 2023, loves working with the kids and being a part of a supportive and fun team.
